We are hosting our next online member gathering “Over the Fence” and would be delighted if you could join us.

This session will be all about creating a community for you – an open forum to get to know each other, our businesses and begin to develop a rapport. It’s incredible how much you can learn when you get to chat openly with others with similar business operations.

Bring along questions you’d like to ask of other farmers, or indeed just join to have a chat and meet some of your fellow members.

• Working with Safe Food
• Preparation for on-farm processing – contacting the right agencies, meeting the required legislation
• Useful resources – testing, food safety programs, procedures
• What’s involved in running a processing facility – record keeping, testing, audits, cleaning
